Please be advised that the Standing Trustee’s Office is aware and cognizant of all those presently impacted by the federal government shutdown. Please be assured that courtesies will be extended to all those affected. It is this office’s goal to assist those impacted to prevent any interruption of their Chapter 13 protections. The Standing Trustee’s Office shall continue to work in unison with the Court while individuals await resumptions of their standard compensation.
For those presently affected by the shutdown, please email Ms. Lu’Shell Alexander ([email protected]). Upon notice, Ms. Alexander will note our system and temporarily refrain from taking any actions until the Federal Government shutdown has been rectified, or upon further communication with debtors’ counsel.
